Before Your Appointment : 

To ensure the safety of everyone in the community, Please give yourself the recommended self-screen before coming in for your appointment. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell. 

1) Are you feeling sick or experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms? (Examples include a new cough, headache, weakness, fever, difficulty breathing, sore throat, nausea, etc.)

2) Have you traveled either domestically or internationally in the past 14 days? 

3) Did you provide care or have close contact with a person with COVID-19 (probable or confirmed) while they were ill?

  • It is important to note that self-reporting provides limited assurance, as some individuals can be asymptomatic.

  • You will be sent an appointment reminder along with these self-screen questions, and Safe Check-in Procedures the day before your appointment.

Sol & Skin Artistry is a solo treatment room operated by a Sole Master Aesthetician. All services and interactions will be one on one. Therefore, unlike traditional salons and spas, you will have little to no contact with the general public during your service.

Please Arrive on Time

Please arrive on time, or 10 minutes early, to ensure enough time for your healthy client check-in, restroom, and proper sanitation between each client.

Upon Arrival:

-Please wait outside the building or in your car until you receive a text from me. This will help us adhere to physical distancing. I’ll send you a text when the room is ready for your treatment.

-Guests, including family or children, will not be permitted in the room. No Exceptions.

- A Mask will be required to enter the building. Please bring your own and wear it for the entire duration of your service, unless instructed to remove.

- I will conduct a contactless temperature check.

- Hand sanitizer will be provided – this is located next to the door with clear signage, to ensure that all skin bar visitors properly sanitize their hands.

- I require all guests to sign a healthy client intake.

- The treatment room will be thoroughly sanitized before and after each client with EPA registered hospital grade disinfectants and UV Light Sterilization.

is to the safety of us all and promises to adhere to the most strict industry standards of disinfection and sanitation of all tools and shared spaces.

  • Restrooms are available for proper hand washing

  • All Testers will be removed and may be available at your request.

  • Extra time has been added to each service to allow ample time for proper sanitation before and after each client.

  • Trained and Certified in Clean Touch and Barbicide CovidSafe Guidelines

    • Proper Hand Hygiene

    • Proper use and disposal of PPE

    • Proper handling and cleaning of equipment, tools, and shared space

    • Clean Touch Certified in Safe and Proper Facial Treatment Procedures

  • We will thoroughly sanitize all commonly used equipment between each appointment and use. This includes:

    • Massage tables

    • Chairs

    • Bottles and other frequently handled equipment

    • Common Touch Points: Light Switches, Door Handles, POS, etc.
