 Sol & Skin Artistry and team provides services subject to notices, terms, and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.
- You may return skincare items if unopened and unused up to 30 days after the time of purchase. You must present proof of purchase for any and all returns. After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for returns or exchanges. 
- Sol & Skin Artistry attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Sol & Skin Artistry does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from Sol & Skin Artistry that you receive isn’t described as shown on Sol & Skin Artistry, it can be returned – unused – as described in our returns policy.
- Sol & Skin Artistry reserves the right to refuse any order placed. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per order, or per the same credit card account. We will contact you via email if this may be the case. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders, in our sole judgement that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. 
- Most items will ship within 24-48 hours and may take up to 7 business days after that to arrive to your location. You will receive a tracking number for your item once it has been shipped. It is possible for items to be backordered in which case you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your purchase. You may always email kat@solandskinartistry.com for the status of your order. 
- For your protection, credit card information, billing, and shipping address will not be stored. This information will only be used for the purchase it is entered with.
